Hey there!AD warns about trying to fill the brow chakra.Just hang in there.Its a great book and will explain everything for you.Concentrate more on your secondary chakras in the beginning.Your feet,legs,hands and arms.Take the trouble and go through all the joints.If you havnt done so already.

I would add to just watch your breaths and let your brow do it's thing without doing anything with it.

im new at energy work ive been practicing for a few weeks now im kinda waiting for astral dynamics to arrive in the mail http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0> im really excited so i wanna do everything right but while ive been practicing, my brow chakra always activates very easily, with no great effort im able to maintain a tingling fuzzy sensation there. It feels really good but i dont really know what to do with it.Ii try to keep it open and vizualize psychic knowledge flowing into it but i would like to know some good techniques to use the third eye.ii heard it is one of the most important chakras in psychic development any suggestions?
