Ye learn to enjoy what your doing , if you despise cadavers your going to feel depleted.. Meditate on it (imagine what your doing in all its glory ,smell ,feelings etc) ,and imagine you do so happily with little effort. I think its safe to say most people who disects human for living do so because they actually like it.(who else would take such jobs it sounds absolutly sickening to most people).

Same for talking to crowds if you think about what their gonna think about you ,your gonna use lot of effort getting it perfect only to find yourself forgetting the next line and have to look up ,wich cause more stress ad infinitum.
If you just learn the presentation reasonaably well ,who cares if you gotta look up now and then. Imagine thats its not realy a crowd but just a image of a crowd around you wich doesnt care one way or the other against you(wich is probably true). Also learning the tricks of speaking to crowds (like looking confident ,crowdsweeping gaze ,seeking a second or 2 eyecontact with important or randomly picked persons , using overheads equipment to draw attencion from you, etc.)

As for confrontations its an uncertainty element here ,what kind of confrontation are you talking about ,its big diffrence between claiming your right to return a new tv thats broken down and confronting your close friend wich has hes way with your wife!(wich will probably leave even the strongest jelly in the legs).

A talisman can help in that regard its between you and what you dont like and you belive it will reduce the unpleasantness of thise things. And if you belive it ,it most likely will .

I am physically fit, enjoy academic pursuits, and spending time socializing with people.  I have noticed some circumstances where I feel great one moment and instantly drained the next.  For example; I take anatomy and physiology at a university, feel great for the lecture, but after I work on the cadavers in lab I feel like I can barely drive home.  I have had similar experiences when talking in front of large groups of people, after confrontations, at the mall, and in bookstores.  Is this normal?  My wife is asian and mentioned having some sort of talisman made to protect me.  Are there exercises or something that I can do that will help to bring up my endurance?
