You mentioned in your writings that you "I want to chose my guys" - but you never mentioned who chose you.

Second, you mention "How to attract more supporters to the sect so we can be much powerful?" - but power is responsibility.

My friend, banded groups in search of power are progenitors of a dictatorship. Why not let people explore these energies on their own?

i know that you aren't going to listen, but sects are dangerous- especially when they're founded around vague and not well thought out ideas and concepts.  

there is a lot to managing a group that you won't think of until the infighting happens.

From a project management point of view, whenever you want to accomplish something involving people, resources and time, you gain the most leverage if you follow some simple rules:

1. Define with a succinct statement, what problem or opportunity you hope to address with your project.

2. Describe in another statement what it looks like when your project has succeeded; what it accomplished and by what point in time it will be finished.

3. Brainstorm with a group of people, not all of whom think exactly like you, all the possible ways to bring about what you desire. Even if an idea sounds silly, write it down and make a big list of all the ideas.

4. Consider all the ideas, one at a time, from the perspective of the time and resources you have available and the probability of success. Come to aggreement on which plan of action to pursue and assign tasks to various memebers of the team along with deadlines for checkins and eventual completion.

5. Execute the plan. Keep people to their promises and timelines.

You can accomplish almost anything if you do things this way. Trust me--this kind of thinking is very valuable for undertakings such as yours. You don't want to run this type of thing entirely from within your own head. You'll succeed if you have a team of people with you who are inspired by the goal.

If you can't find a team of people who are inspired by your goal, then don't bother with the project at all....it's probably too heavy to fly. And if you can't do #1 and #2 then give it up. Your idea probably won't work.

First advice: remove 'sect' from your sect title...  Replace it by something like 'Society' or 'Club', 'Group', 'Brotherhood'... []
Second: I think posting this on a public forum and 'trying to keep this sect in a secret' are a little bit incompatible... []

So, if you want to be a leader, you have to prove that you are more advanced in the art of energy that your future members...  How will you do that?

Don't you think that you are a little young (15yo) to lead a group of people on something as important as the art of energy/psychic...?

Nagual, the principle is that I'll train too in this art, I am not too young for that I can do a lot of stuff that normal people don't do like having OOBEs and some telekinesis skills. You may be right by changing the name "sect" with "sociation or club" I'll keep that in mind thanks.
And well yes I am young to be a club godfather but I don't want to wait and waste time, I want to evolve quickly.
And last - posting this post in this forum IS NOT PUBLICATION and it doesn't contradict the fact that it's a secret after all all of you members of the Astralpulse are good people of wisdom and you are all able to h me. One more thing is that there are not here too much from Israel and the idea is that the club will be buit in Israel my country where people are such unbelievers and bad people.

I sooooooooooo agree about removing the 'sect' thing. In me the word sect is directly related with bad things. But thats me.

Anyway the idea of creating a little gang of energy exebitionists is kind of exciting! It's a common fact that you can improve faster and reach your goals more easily when you join your thinking power together [think and grow rich/the mastermind principle by napoleon hill]

But boydser is right, when you under take something with people you must most definetly formulate clearly what you want to gain out of this. It keeps you focussed, and reminds you of what you want to achieve!

Its a good idea but I would find people just around my area (so meetings are close for everyone.) and I wouldnt have posted it here.  And dont get all colt about it, dont start wearing black (if youre not already) and giving public displays. Not that you would just some members may be rowdier than others.

Hello dear members now I really need your help.

I am about to build a sect, I'll call it "The third eye sect" where I'll be able to be with normal believer people and teach them the art of energy and some psychics so they can teach it and make it powerfuler.

I have just 7 guys in my sect right now and I need ideas of "How to attract more supporters to the sect so we can be much powerful?" and what I mean is that I am looking for good guys and not unbelievers.

Anyways I am trying to keep this sect in a secret until I get at least 120 members without trying to publish it to the public. I want to choose my guys, any ways do you have any ideas to how to strenghten my sect? (If you live in Israel you can PM me about joining if you want).
