location of sexual and throat chakra

The throat chakra is easier to describe. It is at the bottom of the throat at about the height of the collar bones. There does seem to be a u-shaped cavity there on the throat and that seems about right.

The second chakra is more difficult to locate because there is some debate about its location. I have even read that it is located higher up in women and that this difference means women are more spiritual than men. The first chakra is at the perineum, and the second chakra is not much higher up than the first. They are regarded as the same chakra in Buddhist traditions. The pubic bone sounds about right.

When you are looking for your chakras initially, you don't have to be exactly at the right spot. With practice your chakras will become easier to feel and then you can go by where you find them to be instead of using physical sorts of landmarks.

The other chakras are quite clear for me. But where exactly is the sexual chakra? On the pubic bone where the pubic hair is or on the area where the genitals are?
And the throat chakra - is it on the beginning of the breastbone or over it - where there is a U-shaped cavity or even more up?
Would be really helpful to know.
