Title: Too much energy work?

It is always ok to do energy work even if you get sick. You can use energy to heal yourself.

Hum... that's a tricky advice beavis...  First, why would anyone want to get to the point of getting sick?  Also, I have personaly NO idea how I could heal myself...  Maybe Reason does not know either...

Reason, as long as you don't get sick, sure, go on...  Just be sure to stay "balanced".

I've eaten amanita muscaria mushrooms which brought me so close to death that I was forced to OBE. Thats why I ate them. And I would do it again if my body would allow me to eat them without immediately puking (it learns too fast). In my opinion, being sick temporarily is a very small price to pay for a permanent increase in energy and the abilities that come with it.

You do realize that increasing abilities like that are quite dangerous and are unnecessary risks? It's your life, do whatever you want, but personally I perfer to do it the 'safe' way. And I think it's more fun to practice and see how I get better at what I'm doing each time I try. ^.^

If something is unncecessary depends on how fast I'm trying to increase my abilities. I dont think its fun to ignore faster ways to do that.

I had OBEs without having to rely on anything but me, and staying healthy...  Was that OBE really worth the "so close to death" price your body paid?

Yes it was worth it. It was the best OBE I've ever had.

There are always at least two ways one can chose from. The first one is the easy one: easy, but the resuls won't be as good as the hard one. The hard one is hard, but, worth it.

I, and hopefully more people, am doing this for the fun. The things I practice may come in handy one time or another, but I'm mostly doing it for the fun. I absolutely love it to see how I succesfully managed to Telepathic Suggest somebody, or how my construct works perfectly as I want it to. The fun is what motivates me. The fun is why I'm doing this. There may be easier ways, but I like the way I'm taking now. I don't care if it's longer. I'm taking my time and enjoying it.

As I said, it's your life, so do whatever you want. But I hope you understand what I mean and I hope you will also experience this joy once. :)

Its fun for me too. But like a deaf man, I dont want to wait to see if my ears heal years later if there if a doctor can fix it faster. Compared to what I was before I was born, I am astrally blind, deaf, and any other impairment you can think of, and I want my senses back NOW!

If I don't get sick or get any negative aftereffects is it OK to do as much energy work as I want?  BTW: I am only doing secondary energy centers and sponging energy up through my legs.
