Hello Lightpikachu,

Nice name you have there! What kind of strength you're looking for? Physical, or mental? In the first case I suggest you try your luck in a gym ;-)

In the latter: my training schedule is every night before I go to bed 15 minutes of meditation/energy work. Then in the morning I get up at about 4:30, and I meditate half an hour till 5:00. Then I return to bed, till I have to get up at 6:30 to prepare to go to work...

Why 4:30 to 5:00 and then sleep. Why not get up at 6:00 then meditate and go to work. Do you follow this schedule because it is said that 4:00 - 5:00 is the best time for meditation.

Hi Vikram,

I meditate at 04:30 because of several reasons. First yes because around 04:00 is the best hour to start. But I also want to catch my wel appreciated sleep! Starting at 4:30 I first can catch the necessary hour of sleep, and around that time it's still nice and quiet.

My girlfriend has a room full of agapornids (lovebirds), they start to sing with first daylight... So it's easier for me to meditate if the birds are still not activated.

But just two nice things of that hour are the quietness, and atmosphere, and that I afterwards can sleep some more..

In the morning meditation usually I'm more clear of consciousness; in the evening I easily experience dream-alike scapes and images. It takes concentration to ignore them, not to lose myself in them, and keep on being focused.

Cool thinking. It's the best time. I also want to do such a thing but I'm very lazy to get up so early. Moreover I study late nightand thus I can't get up that early.
