Hi, I'm a new member to this forum. Although I have been reading many of the topics in this forum over the past month and ive been trying all of the beginner training and I think I have had a little success. NEW seems to be the most effective way to train with energy, so I have been trying that. I would like to continue this training and I have a few questions about NEW.
1) How long should I be using NEW everyday?(I realize it can be done while doing anything that requires minimal concentration)
2) Is it better to do NEW before I go running and workout, after, or both?
