Two interesting experiences...

Ever since I began to learn to astral project I've been having strange experiences  too.
              like  the other  day my head began to feel funny and a wave of  dizzy hit me,  and this feeling of power like I could do anything came over me and i began to see what looked like "clear" smoke swirling through the air, and the other night I saw through my eyelids for like 2 seconds.  

PS: I hope I don't bother anyone with my questions but I lke to get feedback from people who are more expiernced and knowledgeble than me.

Hi unibrow (funny name-reminds me of that guy in REM).your first experience sounds like you might be getting somewhere, if you keep practicing AP and energy raising.Have you ever experienced the vibrations you feel just before separating? If not-lookout! they will probably extremely violent at first.The were for me.It felt like I had mega thousands of volts of electricity running through me,but it was such a cool,interesting experience that I kept doing it, and they gradually increased in frequency.Now I barely notice them at all.They just feel warm.As far as your second experience,for years I've had experiences of suddenly becoming lucid and then hearing amazing music I've never heard before.It's usually symphonic,and far too long and complex to remember and write down (I can read and write music).Just amazing stuff.Layer upon layer upon layer of textures.I didn't know that place was called focus 12 (R. Monroe terminology?).I would like to find out how to get there more often.While in that place and state of mind, I definately felt I had a higher,clearer creative connection. Nuecreature-it's interesting what you said about "clear smoke".Isee that all the time! All I have to do is look in the air,especially around and above trees.What is that? do you ever see clear lines all over the place? When I was a kid and began seeing them,I asked my mother "what are those lines everywhere?" She said "what lines?!" she had no idea what I was talking about.I never brought it up again.

Hi. I'd like to share two experiences. The first one...
  Has anyone ever attempted projection techniques, and begun to feel their major chakra centers thumping or "bubbling" inside them? I had this some time ago, and it was great. It lasted about 2 minutes, and I was fully conscious during the exoerience. (Eyes opened) My seond experience...

 This happens about once a month. Right before i sleep, I'll be lying in bed, and begin to hear music playing that I have never heard before. It plays on it's own, with absolutely no conscious intervention. I believe this is called Focus 12 ( the state of higher creativity, and having awareness beyond the body's limits). Anyone having similar experieces, please share. Thanks
