chakra inbalance

Could be an imbalance, at one time I felt energy moving one one side of my body more than the other but after a while it went away.

Stand upright and visualize your body filling up with pure, white energy like a jug.

I had what you had and doing this helps it to get normal again. This will also help the energy to flow, so if you want to do NEW after this, it is fine.

hello to the people

when i do my energy work,   i sometimes  (more often than not)  only seem to be able to stimulate the right or left side of the chakra,  and not the chakra as a whole.

Is this due to an inbalance in them?  

Its  not that my right side is more sensitive because, lets say- i can feel the whole of my base pulsating,  but my navel  will be  pulsating on the right and dormant on the left......

i hope this makes sense.
