how can i use spirit energy?

thanks for the help and i guess ur saying i can use spirit energy? If i can then how can i i know im responcible for my actions and everything but i still would like to know how to train my spirit energy and use it could ya give some advice?

What do you mean by spirit energy? Is this another one of those things about throwing around balls of fire, energy, etc.?

Yeah, fallnangel77, it is.

The four main characters, two human, one a human who is a reborn demon, and one demon run around fighting other demons. They all use their spirit energy (reiki, ki, chi, whatever you want to call it, the NA dub calls it spirit energy) at each other to each other up and stuff. It's not as extreme as Dragonball Z, though.

Oh, and to pmlonline, why would he lose his gift if he "abused" it? Who is to say what abuse of a "gift," or talent is?

Why do some people think "bad" people can't do things that "good" people can?

I do not know about throwing Ki balls around and such, but I assume if it is possible it still requires that you first develop the basic foundation of energy which can be found in the link. It may seem a bit tedious at first, but all the steps are not necessary after you develop.

Have you started practicing the NEW method? If you want to work with energy you are going to have to develop your energy system so you can work with it. The NEW system will help develop your energy body to make it stronger. Once your energy body is well developed then you can start seeking out ways to use it.

WOW, fallnangel, you mentioned the NEW Energy Ways, well I haven't really explored much of Astral Pulse, because I mainly have been thinking it's just forums, but wow... I checked out the NEW ways and I saw IMIDIATE results, especially in the energy raising section. Thank you for mentioning that, and I HIGHLY suggest the NEW ways, and especially for people that may be having some difficulty. I've been reading throughout the guide for a LONG time now, and I'm realy surprised with the results. I've never come across some things said in there. And thank you Bruce for taking the time and effort in that, it Really works.

The only way i know of to use spirit energy is ....

take your hand...make sure its relaxed and get to know your emotions....now make sure that your hand is still relaxed and use will power to tense it with out tensing it with your muscles...{very hard to do at first}and you will feel a tingle feeling where you are doing that.....and btw don't use new.....that is for ki...not spirit....look spirit energy up at ask.com and youll find something....but if you still wish to do new...full steam ahead.

Now... I'm not the biggest expert out there, but... correct me if I'm wrong.. Spirit Energy, Ki, Chi, Qi, Prana, Bioenergy, Psi... are ALL the same thing.

If you're truely intersted in learning to use spiritual energy (which is known as 'ki' if you're Japanese) it would beoe unbelievably helpful to study and practice NEW.

Don't listen to Dark_Phoenix.

I could be wrong about all this, and if so, someone tell me and I'll appologize.
