Energy blockages

I was wondering can you clear energy blockages grounding yourself? For example connecting to the earths center and drawing its energy and sending used up energy to be neutralized there.

maybe, but imo i think meditating is the most balancing form of self healing, or getting into a trance state and breathing deeply- without intending to project.

I don't remember why but at the time I posted I was beginning to think I did.I think I wasn't able to visualize as good as I could or something(can't remember exactly) but now I'm a little bit off that topic because I have some serious problems. But thanks for asking

I can tell if I have an energy blockage because the chakra will be completely unresponsive to all of my normal energy building techniques. For instance, I can easily activate my crown chakra, but my solar plexus hardly responds.

To by pass this, I will bounce energy from one chakra back to the other and it actually works! Sometimes I can have the energy bounce from my feet all the way to my head and back. This will cause a sharp rush of energy that I feel at my torso followed by a falling sensation (sometimes leading to the projection vibrations).
