About voices..

While I've read some of your experiences, in this forum, I inconsciently focus on that topic : Voices.  I don't have a lot of experiment in obe and other astral things, I just read a lot, but sometime (espescialy when I fall asleep (between the sleep state and the awake state)) I hear voices in my mind.  For my part, it's not like I heard somebody speaking somewhere (anywhere).  I really hear voices from my head.  It's always voices that I recognize, but I always bug on them because I can't controle them.  I just can concentrate (let going...).  

About light and color..

It's like the movements that I see in front of my closed eyes (in the same state...).  I can't see anything meaningful but sometime, I see a cercle of color (blue, green or sometime purple...)  or just white movement.  



Maybe somebody I've already experimented that !?
