What's your size?[;)]

Energy raising in your tummy might make the process faster.

I think it will make the process faster!

I am about 17. 5'11, 208 lbs. I started out at 230 bout 4 weeks and a half ago.

So if this actually work, would it only help burn fat from my belly?

Can energy work also help with muscle developement?

I wrote a reply earlier but my computer froze up and lost it. [xx(]

To sumarize what I wrote:

Quick weight loss is not the way to go. It has been proven time and again that the quickies never work. You have to make a healthy lifestyle change, something you can live with, and stick with it. Change your diet to something healthy, don't starve yourself, and get lots of exercise. Loosing weight is overrated. You should be trying to get in shape and be healthy. In doing so you will loose the weight and have better health, which will in turn help you keep the weight off and be happier.

I do not know for sure but I do not think that energy will burn off excess fat. I do think you hit on something though because energy work can aid in muscle development. Not by itself but with muscle buidling exercises along with energy work. Having a healthy physical and energy body will aid each other. With stronger muscles you will have a higher motabolism, which will burn the calories faster and fat if you have the right daily diet.

So basicly develop your energy body using Robert's NEW Energy System downloadable from the site (if you do not do any energy work already), develop your physical body by doing exercises and developing your muscles, and move towards eating a healthy diet. This will do you the most good in the long run.

Hello Quiet_Storm!

I have noticed a considerable amount of weightloss in my first few months of energywork. I started out at 220lbs and am now at 180. Mind you I eat as I would normally, and do a 1-hr workout 3 times a week.

It is better now, but in the beginning it was very rapid.

Howdy,

I lost 20 pounds in like a week and a couple days for football.  I just ran and ran and ate like this soup stuff that was kinda good but it was a laxadive or w/e.  And i just lost around 12 pounds recently just cuz i was workin hard and runnin.  I say just run and run and run and lift and eat good stuff and thatll help.  I don't really have the time to lose like 30 pounds in 6 months like other people.

Good luck

fallnangel77: That was good advice that you gave. But I have to say, that I am not looking for a quick way to lose weight. I want to lose fat and keep it off. I am just posted this topic because I want to see if I can acheieve the results quicker along with my regular dieting and excercise.

I have been doing energy work for the past month. I am now starting to get the hang and I can now distinguish energy movement sensations alot better, as with moving a point of awareness. I do beleive energy work will help me. I just have to be doing it for longer to see any results.

zeer: I have a good workout plan.

I am on the CKD diet. (www.C-K-D.com)

I run for 20 minutes non-stop 3 to 4 times a week.

I do upper body weight training 2 to 3 times a week. Depending on how long it takes my body to recover from the workout.

I thought as much, but I felt I should post that just in case. Maybe it will help others. Plus I was not exactly sure because about everyone I know that wants to loose weight just goes on some crazy diet for a few months just to get the weight off then goes back to doing what they did before and it comes right back. What they don't seem to want to do is make the needed change that will make them healthy and in shape, which is the important part and will take care of the excess fat.

It sounds like you have a good program going. Definately keep up the energy work. Like I said, I do not know if it will directly help you burn fat but it will help with your overall health and development which will take care of it.

fallnangel: eh, add walking 3 miles 5 times a day now. Ill be walking home from school starting next week most likely if I don't find a ride to get me home.

haha! I did some energy work today. Felt really cool. It was all tingly inside my stomach. Did it for about 15 minutes.

Do I have to imagine the color of the energy? Could it be possible to use the wrong type of energy?

vikram88

Energy Raising will definitely work.

It's your wish to choose a color. Take green.

Even visualise taking energy from the tummy itself and then moving it.

[:)] Hahahaha I just noticed I wrote "walking 3 miles 5 times a day now". I really meant 5 times a week.

This should really help. Walking is very good for you. Good luck!

Maybe so but this is not really healthy and it does nothing for someone who wants to loose weight and keep it off because when they start eating again it will come back.

This is a good idea, though I am not sure about making sure all portions are correct. But it is a good idea when we eat to not keep eating until we feel full. It is best to eat until there is no more hunger, but stop before the full feeling.

Are there any methods to help fat loss with energy?

I am doing lots of excercise. Been working out alot and dieting for the past 4 weeks and I have lost 22 lbs so far.

Is there any way I can make the process faster by doing energy work?

I have tried moving energy all round my belly. Havent done it enough though to see any results, I just started today.
