If the thing you saw was almost perfectly round then the Astral Entity might be an orb. Orb's are believed to be spirits. They are sometimes encountered in OBE'S.

Lol. That was indeed an astral creature. I heard people call it "boo's". I call them "hoppers" or "beepers" since they tend to make irritating, beeping noices. A hopper does nothing at all. It's a stupid as the backend of a cow and all it does is hopping around and eating. It's actually quite cute. ^.^

If you're good at external sensing you should try to sense rooms you enter, I'm sure you will sometimes feel things that can be compared to psiballs. That are hoppers. ^.^

I'm sure everyone has seen at least once a tiny flash out of the corner of the eye.. A very fast flash. mostly not bigger than a rat. That... are hoppers. ^.^

I always wondered what I was seeing out of the corner of my eye...my house is filled with hoppers 0.o

Anyone ever read anything on "Platos Mirror" its related....
Its the theory (that Plato made up) that if a man lived his whole life in a cave, with only a tiny pinhole to see the world through, if he ever was let out of the cave, and saw the world freely, he would understand the images outside of the cave as "shadows on the cave wall". So bassically, translated to our view of the world, when we visit the astral plane, we open up our own caves, and view the whole world. [?][?]

last night i was trying to see my aura in the mirror, i can always see the etheric very quickly but never anything else, any way, only a few secs into trying a red, dense ball appeared next to my head about the size of a peach, it had a green outline. i was a little freaked so i blinked hard, looked again and it was still there but in opposite colours. anyone know or think they know? or seen anything similar?
