What exercise do you use to compress your chi?

This is the best method. Although I have another.

While making a Ki Ball visualise Ki moving into the bones of your arms and compressing over there and then move it through your arm bones to the outside of the palm.

I'm just curious about the difference in peoples exercises, What chi compression exercise do you think is the best, how to do it, and why. My personal favorite is to just imagine the chi coming in like waves slowly making a dense, hard ball in the middle of my hands. I think this is the best because it kinda uses a more realistic approach. Anyways I'd love everyones input.[:P]
