What happened to my energy?

I got it to work. I tried to use mana and some of my own. I got to to go to my feet and come back []

Sometimes when I try and make a ki ball I can feel the energy and heat going through me but I can't feel the maginetic force like I usually do. Did I burnout or what? How do I get it back?
