I'm just curious, what would make you think that is so? You already stated that you believe it, but why would you think the paleness has anything to do with your energy body?
when I did some thraining and studying I came across this and tried it and when I did a energy ball and also a power up This happened to me.

Could you explain HOW "seeing an energy ball and a power up" had anything remotely to do with your conclusion that a person's skin appearing pale is due to the energy body close to the surface?
I don't think someone's skin tone has any relevance, unless of course you spend all your time indoors, away from sunlight meditating and raising energy [;)]
Or you're like my wife and I who both have very pale english skin that gets sunburned if we stand too long in front of a picture of the sun.
Or according to some Italians you might not be eating enough. My father in law was introduced to this concept when he first went to Sicily with my wife's Sicilian step mother. Her aunts and cousins would take one look at my father in law's Yorkshire complexion and say the same thing:
"He looks pale, you should feed him more."
James.
The pale=sick idea is a little annoying... I am pale; and people (especially family members) keeps telling me that I look sick.
It's like eggs... They found out that brown colored eggs sells better than white eggs; even if they are the same inside.
White does not sell! Except in religion... [:D][;)]
I'd have thought that if anything, being pale would be more of an indication of a lack of energy, as in, being ill.
But I too, am naturally pale, and I'm not ill, yet I'm not full of energy.
So eh..
