What is everyones method for making psi balls?

Hi,
I, personally, use Kmiller's method on www.psipog.net .
I have just felt a magnetic effect when creating a psi ball out of my own energy. I stored a lot in my naval storage area. Afterwards when i let it go http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_sad.gif" border=0> , i felt 'drained' . The best way to describe it is that my hands were weak and floppy. You know the feeling when you get up in the morning and your hands are all weak and yo cant grasp things? like that.
Please reply what methods you use.

Reiki is not the only way of getting energy, obviously, but it is the best one I have found so far. Until I learned it, whenever I raised energy I believed it was necessary to really strain myself. Even minor amounts of energy left me feeling completely drained. It also caused headaches. It wasn't just that reiki is a connection to a limitless source of energy so much as that it allowed me to change my beliefs about energy by giving me experiences of raising it effortlessly. I have also heard of people who have not learned reiki but instead just accepted a belief that every time they used energy more would be pulled into them to replace what was lost. It sounds like you have a good technique for creating a psi ball but like when I started you still have limiting beliefs about energy. If you can correct them on your own, great. The sooner the better. If you want help with it, you can learn reiki. The teacher who helped me the most with my reiki is John Hicks, who runs the web site http://www.kundalini-reiki.net/ and his prices are far below what most people want for attunements.

I know what you mean about feeling drained after the psi-ball. Tell me about it! Its a bit discouraging and makes it difficult to stick at it when you know that this drained feeling is going to be the end result. Tom you cant use reiki energy for psi-balls can you??I wouldnt like to because i feel like it is a kind of insult to that method. But if anyone finds a good way to make the balls without leaving me drained then let me know. I checked out the Ki site that auraseer suggested...Did you really get good results with that auraseer?

The important thing was the shift in beliefs which led me away from being drained by using a little energy from time to time. Reiki training or not, we are all connected to a limitless source of energy. To tap into it is effortless. It is when you see yourself as having only a small, isolated reserve of energy that you begin to drain yourself and then experience the resulting depletion. It took learning reiki for me to break that belief. Other people might be able to just re-write their beliefs with less convincing.

Tom is on to a very good point. We all have a lot of energy available to us. When I first started playing with energy, (over 10 years ago), it left me very drained. I use a three fold tap system, plus my own storage now. The energy you intake to your subnavel storage area can be used directly to create psi balls. The Reiki is very good to help keep you charged, and help with your pathways. The best is Kether (Akasha, Divinity, God, universal energy, etc... It is the same to me). It is always available, large amounts (with practice) can be gathered quickly, and it can be sourced continuously if needed. The Qabbilistiic Cross, and the Middle Pillar Ritual are a couple of ways to learn the connection.

All of this can be combined and woven into whatever you need.

I have found a new kind of ball better than psi balls, and good news!!! using my method you dont get drained!!!
Ki balls are way more powerful than psi balls. So far, I have created 5 of them in 1 go.

This method DOES work because I tried it over 20 times and always, it has worked.

Please do not shoot them at humans when you have a great amount of power in the Ball, they can kill instantly.

There is no limit to the amount of energy you can put into the ball but beware, if you drain yourself too much you could DIE

umm... auraseer: what is the difference in how you use ki and "psi" when creating the energy balls?

if i am guessing correctly the only real difference is that you aren't "visualising" the energy moving from the earth into, eventually, your hands but are instead using your "spirit" (other people might call it something different) directly to manipulate and gather the energy. is this right?

What is it you do with these balls?I got stuck in my body but I was able to move my astral arms.

So I tried to make one and I started to see it.It was like a transparent ball.I was amazed.This funny lookin cartoonish charector appeared near my window.And I sent the ball off out of curiosity and it hit this little guy making him dissapear.

There are many uses for ki/psi balls. You can throw them at people and make them shiver(that is my favourite http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_tongue.gif" border=0>), make holes in walls with Jing blasts(look at http://www.geocities.com/kitechniques) and other stuff.

Hi,
I was reading the 'Magnetic field in my hands' topic and i followed the link to making psi balls.
I read the article and had a go at making one.

I used the earth as energy source, imagined a river of energy flowing out of the core into me, I could then feel a tingle in my feet going up my legs. I then tried to focus the energy into my hands by visualizing a white ball but i could not feel anything in my hands.

Can anyone explain this?
What other methods do you lot use?
