I noticed that I've noticed this ability to raise my energy
at any time. It is a bit hard to explain but it gives me goosebumps everytime I start doing it.
It feels like my body would expand about 2-3cm outward from every direction, the strongest feelings are in the legs and the hands. If I try too hard I usually get a small brief headache. It is a bit like you would notice all the electrical places in your body at the same time and start raising the electricity in it. If anyone has seen the comic Dragonball-Z it feels a bit like they do =)
It feels almost exactly the same as in some dreams I saw as a child where I noticed that I could teleport to places and manipulate objects(telekinesis) and fly with it. Everytime I did it, it had the same feeling.
My question about this is: Can it be used for healing/something other useful?
Also if this has got any definition it would be nice to read more about it.
