Heart chakra or kundalini problem?

Hi Salamander.
Your symptons are consistent with the descriptions of people who have had trouble with kundalini.
The problem could be related to the length of time of your layoff. (That is the period of time in between practicing energy work.)
Though far from an expert I have also had occasional difficulty with kundalini. So my advice is to meditate on the chakras (which will facilitate the movement and control of kundalini and other energies.) Also check out the 'Kundalini Question" thread in this forum.

I tried N.E.W. a year ago, but I stopped doing it after I got some kind of panic-disorder and pain in the chest-area.
I had to seek a doctor, which found nothing at all wrong with me. this lasted for six months and disappeared almost completely.
I started with N.E.W. again some weeks ago and the pain came back and I feel a bit nervous all the time.
Is there something wrong with my energy body or the Heart Chakra?

Also one night I was about to sleep, but just when I fell asleep I was woken by a sudden feeling of joy in the base of my spine, It felt something like an orgasm and it increased more and more but was abrupted by the phone ringing.
Afterwards I just laughed & couldn't stop smiling and felt a great joy and courage for the rest of the evening.
I don't know if it was the Kundalini but I didn't feel any "snake" and the sensations were only in the base of the spine.
This was about three weeks ago and sometimes I can still feel the orgasmic feelings. I think I can wake the sensations with my will and It's just like I've taken some kind of drug, It's weird.
Also there is some pain and sensations at different parts of my spine all the time which wasn't there before.
Has anyone experienced the same?
