Whats a psi wheel?

This sounds familiar. I don't know if my guess is correct. A piece of paper balanced on the sharp tip of a needle and shielded from air currents is used to learn telekinesis. The idea is to cause it to spin around in a circle, like a wheel, in one direction or the other. An alternative is to try to stop a moving object. Usually paper is used, but I read that aluminum foil makes for an easier object to move. The problem is that it is easier for the needle to poke through it. Or so I read. It is something which I have spent more time intending to do some day than what would have been needed to actually learn telekinesis.

yeah that's it.  i intend on spending some time w/ one eventually but now isn't the right time.  i think it will help to be able to stay focused.  my meditation is coming along, but it's still very difficult to keep my mind in one place.  i figure once i can keep my attention on one spot that i should be able to move that wheel, or at least be on a solid track.  i'm actually somewhat surprised at the amount of people that claim success performing teleknisis.  i assumed that in order to be able to do something like that there should be success in meditations that facilitate focus.  i've noticed that many of the people on here don't necessarily do any type of meditation, yet are still successful w/ tk.  maybe it's easier to stay focused while attempting tk or maybe i'm overcomplicating things again.

There are several really good articles at psipog about telekinesis (http://www.psipog.net/articles.php?cat=3 and http://www.psipog.net/show.php?id=10103) which talk about how to do it. This place was suggested to me a while back. I have succeeded in moving a pinwheel, if only just to the point of being able to see that it did move. It does not take much in the way of concentration or even energy. It is not so easy as that. It is more specific and the trick is to find the method. It is hard to describe when you have it and difficult to repeat, even. At least, it is for me and my irregular attempts at it.

Now that im getting back in to psi and stuff, i never heard of a psi wheel and then i heard about it on some other posts. I never really cared until i started thinking about trying out some of this stuff. How do i make or get a psi wheel?
