Hi Keo,
The Kundalini is a very powerful force that each of us has inside us.  It is found in our Base Chakra, and is sometimes refered to by way of symbolism, for instance; the coiled Serpent or the red Dragon.

It has been called 'the seat of the Divine within the physical', which is why it is in the base chakra.  Everyone feels it when we get angry because that is the quickest way to bring up it's power, but many people have accessed it durng very stressful times to help others, in the case of people who lift great weights to rescue a trapped person etc.

Also, many people have had kundalini openings that have ended with them being put into mental institutions.  There is a very good reason for that too.  The kundalini is something that can and will effect your entire personality, mentally, emotionally and physically.  It is an extremely difficult thing to master, even with Guidance.  And because of that I would suggest that no one plays with it, unless their Guides are helping them to work with it.  That is something that very few people have chosen to experience in this life.
