I did the meditation of sahaja tonight and must say I enjoyed doing it. I could felt relief of my heart and head when saying mentally the forgiveness affirmations.

I don't know if I got my self-realization right now, maybe my desire was not strong enough. Time will show.

Nevertheless this woman says a lot of good and true things, which did not came to mind any earlier.

My experience is very limited, but I could not feel any strong, noticable rising of kundalini.

geez! The next day after I've done your suggested "experiment", the sahaja meditation, I found my inner child, the connection to it, again!

I listened to Bob Griswold's hypnosis tape and while he spoke I got it. I found a way to my long forgotten, burried child. It was little. A little baby inside of me at the location below my navel. I know, maybe this sounds crazy, I do not even know if it is related to your sahaja link, but it was -nevertheless- my happiest day since very, very long ago. I mean it is almost my birthday. This is my second birthday!

this is my next day i think and my body is on fire...my heart chakra and other parts of my body...

i have a lil headache since i woke up and that was more then 12 hours ago...

every time i think to that woman and ask 4 help is like my body taking fire...not unpleasant not pleasant

i don't think that is supposed to raise your kundalini over night anyway...but i think that could happen in time

I haven't thought of the kundalini as a cool breeze before.. for someone with an incorrect kundalini flow, this meditation is exactly what I needed.

Hi, I've been practicing this Sahaj meditation for a few years, and indeed it's really cool. (Physically, as a cool breeze, too.)

It was a very pleasant surprise, darkheaven, to find another Romanian here and also someone else who mentions the Sahaj technique.  

You can try this, too http://sahajayoga.ca/Meditation/ , it's from a Canadian site.

But you can also go to meditation meetings, which are free. In Romania you find centers in many towns. Also, in the link given by darkheaven, there is one section, 'Centers near you', where you find sites of many countries.

Yothu, the yogis from Vienna are very nice, I met some of them last summer, we had an art camp, and a few of them came, too. Very profound and caring for other people's needs.

That's the point, if it was over your head you have done it   , even if you did not finish the exercise. That exercise is only a manner of leading your attention towards a subtler reality, it can be done more easily, too, just by keeping the hands towards the photograph. For many people (with children, always) it works as simple as this.

I know someone who paid for the first of the two for payment Kundalini activations from the www.Yulius.net site who is happy with the results. It isn't easy to decide whether to pay also or wait for my friend to buy the second level so he can give me the activations also. In the end, I decided to start buying the two levels for the Third Eye activation and am considering when to get the second level.
