What do you mean by 'stronger'? Nothing physical has drastically changed on the human body for a long time. The only difference between us and our preceeding generations is our societies. In the 1950's in America, for example, people were generally much more polite and respectful, (there are always outliers) but why we have changed can be easily explained if you just look at what's happened in the past few decades. So most such changes between one generation to the next can be blamed on society.

Actually our generation is the weakest yet. If you think about it just about everybody has asthma or they are overweight. Lots of people have heart problems and weak immune systems and this is all do to breeding. Once upon a time people were actually allowed to die because they couldn't survive naturally. Now we let every screwed up child live and on top of that breed back in again and recycle their screw ups. It is not natural for this to happen. If we hadn't of done that and actually bred like we used to. You know the best guy actually got the best chick because they were the best. Just like when animals fight over mates to see who's the strongest. Is any of this making sense.

Our generation has this false sense that we are the strongest because for one the people on this forum are obviously not doing bad because they have a computer and internet connection. Nothing really serious happens in their lives and because they aren't getting constantly beat up they think they are invincible. Second, the young always think themselves invinvible; it's in their nature.

Way back in history people were a lot stronger. For instance, the marathon. Remember the true story about the guy who ran to Marathon to warn them about the invading army. Well that guy ran like 20 something miles in a little over two hours. Oh by the way, his track wasn't nice and flat. He ran over hills, mountains, rough road and the like. People used to be able to jump a hundred foot long jump and they did this with weights in there hands.

Strongest generation, heh!

I didnt mean we literally evolved from monkeys, but wut Im trying to say is we propably would be the strongest of all generations if we did believe in materialistic possetions and only had wut we needed but even I my self havent fully grasped that concept in passed generations they had wut they needed close food and a mean of transportaion and thier entertainment was reading or playing out side its just that technology is growing faster and faster soon we propably wont even need to step a foot outside or lift a finger to do something. otherwise we propably would be the strongest Im not sayin we're invincible but with alot more training we could be damm near close to it.and it doesnt take a few centuries or decades to evolve it takes millions of years.[

We're a lot stronger spiritually. Physical cahnges will manifest in time. All those people who are overweight n stuff are the close-minded people probably.

About medicine, it's the thought that counts. Once we switch over to more holistic healing methods that actually change the DNA of the problem so it's gone from the bloodline completely instead of anto-biotics and pharmacy drugs than there will be no more recycled screw ups [8D]

Technology is a good thing, but if only we had the technology to study in depths how chi and the Subconscious mind really effects us and how it works we would propably be alot more advanced and more diseases could be healed using this power of amzing proportions

Technology is what has made us weak. It is this technology due to which people have become lazy, they sit under AC all day, relax and do nothing.

Even if we do not consider the technology, then also our generation is not at all powerful as compared to ancient generations may it be physically, emotionally or spiritually.

So don't even think we are near to what our ancient people were. Their advancement was way beyond we can even think.

follower of the khuli is right: we are the *weakest* generation of people to have ever lived. and the reason why: we live in luxury, not pain or affliction.

strength comes through adversity, and there isn't much adversity in our lives; spiritual, physical, or emotional. mental adversity and growth is pretty much the only area that our generation exels in.

spiritually we are nothing compared to the mystics of so long ago who didn't even question the possibility of magic and it's power; who not only took-in-stride the knowledge that such power existed but also the fact that it could do "miraculous" things.

physically we are nothing compared to the generations who lived and breathed their *entire lives* in warfare and strife (and so, had to continually become stronger in order to survive against the other strong people). [B)]

emotionally we have always been a weak race. but these days are pathetic: you can *SUE* someone for looking at you the wrong way? that's just retarded. how weak does a person have to be emotionally in order to feel threatened from a smile? [xx(]

mentally we are stronger than ever before. but that's about it.

we are not anywhere close to being the strongest generation. truly strong people still exist, but they are measured as individuals rather than as groups.

i've understood this from even before i was your age, neo. growing older and more knowledgable hasn't done anything to change my opinion, merely strengthen it.

Oh, yeah, little 13 - 15 year olds running around saying, "Hey, I'm going to blow you back with a super ultra mega ki blast!" Doesn't really make me feel safer.

And saying we are the mentally strongest may be true for some people, like scientists, but for the whole world, uh ... no. People in general aren't even sophisticated enough to use proper grammar, let alone to spell "grammar." We learn to use Tivo, and there you go! That's the most complicated thing in their life. Wake up people! You think because we have fast computers, we must be intelligent. Most of them don't even understand how it turns on.

But then there's ME! I have been known to do such a thing, because I believe in good spelling!

Only twice have I been forced to correct an entire array of posts for a person (Allanon and neo []), and let me tell you, the mistakes are too much to bear for me.

Your spelling reflects alot, believe it or not. If you can't take the time to read over your post for spelling errors, or learn to type correctly if that is the cause of the errors, what message are you sending? TO ME, you lose alot of points when you post as many spelling errors as my previous examples have. TO ME, you have 3 options for the cause.

A) You don't care about spelling. Who cares about spelling anyway? I do. I care, and you should too.

B) You haven't learned the proper way to spell. Highly unlikely, but if it is the case, there are plenty of dictionaries online that will fix your spelling. If a word is too big to write correctly, find a smaller one!

C) English isn't your first language, or you have a learning disorder. If this is the case, I apologize. When I see "United Kingdom" or "USA", I assume you know english.

I was 14 once too... Only 3 years ago. I knew how to spell in 1st grade... Granted, I enjoy spelling correctly, so I fail to make many errors... Also the reason I win spelling bees []

Almost all teenagers think they are better than the older generations. It is part of what being a teenager is about, usually, atleast in the US. Who as a teenager did not think that they were better or knew more than their parents? Then you grow up and realize that you are not the bad butt you thought you were.

B) I think you only see things from one viewpoint neo... You need to take these things in a different sense. I don't want to sound harsh here, but you're taking everything from your little ki standpoint, and truth is, it isn't how the universe operates.

C) Mentally, it is obvious that we are more intelligent, but that intelligence is leading our society into laziness. That's no good.

D) A "strong" person is a well-balanced person. An all brawn-no brain approach is probably not the best way to go. Anybody who understands this is "strong" to me. Strength cannot always be measured in how much you can lift.

hey just coz u said somthing does not make it true, i say wat i think, and u try to force ur oppinions on me and others, ur annoying, i know my spelling is crap that coz i type fast, there mostly typos. we are for a fact mentally and spiritually stronger than those b4 us. and i know strength is not how much u can lift[xx(]but dont u think its weird that the demon war is comming(acording to many profacys) and more and more people are learning about energys. and by the way with out ki there would be no universe.
