It is in "The Celestine Prophecy" at the end of the book. That is the only place I have seen it, exactly. There is another concept in Buddhism, though, that says that the only reason we see each other and our shared environment is karma. Similar causes produce very similar results.

I recently heard,  that if a person  could raise there  vibrations to a certain level, that they could make themselves invisible. I want to  know everyones thoughts on this or  if they've ever had this happen to them. [?]
