I'm reiki Kundalini I, and was just wondering who else here practices...

I was initiated some months ago. It was original reiki, anyway. I use to practice mainly with myself when I have minor health problems.
But I've been using it also to bless cars (when I travel into one of them), food and some other items.
The best way to practice it is practicing everytime, everywhere and with everything... no matter how many times, we won't run out of reiki.

Am also trying to learn Quantum Touch and I practise everything I learn on my mother ;)
