Now it feels when ever i run or go up stairs, my knee is in a ton of pain, but i can walk with very little pain. When ever i put pressure on my knee it hurts, i dont know why. I just woke up with it hurting. Yesterday i had a race with my friends in a parking lot, and Saturday night i played ice hockey. Is there anything i can do besides put ice on my knee and rest to ease the pain so i can go back and play ice hockey this saturday?
