I don't think there is a pdf version of the QT book. Just buy the book, it's not that expensive. You can get it from amazon.

Because I disagree with the ridiculous amounts of money Richard Gordon charges for various products and seminars in his "healing revolution" I will tell you that you may be able to find an archival copy of the book at a popular torrent site; namely, btjunkie.
