New healing technique

I have been turning this around in my head for quite a while.

In chronic or long term illnesses the disease becomes "used to"
your habits and your daily routine.
Therefore if you wish to weaken the disease force ( OK the
bacteria ...) then you must destroy your routine and destabilize
the environment (you) to which the disease is used to.

This could be as easy as eating more acidic/basic foods or as
hard as going to a natural retreat ( "cottage country" here in
Toronto [:)] ) fishing and working all day long or even just
going to live with your friends/family for a couple of days.

Any activity that denormalizes your body and mind should serve
to jolt your immune system to try a new approach to fighting
an infection and should weaken the infection.


Looking at the "nasty habits" post I have remembered this theory
of mine and some things that Tony Buzan wrote ( I fiercely disagree
with him on some issues though ). Mr Buzan says that repetition
increases the chances of more repetition, therefore
you
     Must stop the inertia of the habbit  

now, the inertia can be literally stopped by you eating a
carrot right now. really.

This same principle must be applied to diseases, they must be
dislodged from their familiar environment.

my idea on themselves or their loved ones and post with some
