healing energy and lymph

Has anyone ever researched possible links between the movement of lymph and/or blood circulation throughout the body and and energy body?  I have reason to believe this is the case with me but I can't quite make the connection between what I've learned about chi, energy healing, and lymph/blood. Though energy work has of course improved the physical circulation, I still think I'm missing some important piece of info, and any benefits tend to be superficial or passing.  It's all perhaps also related to the lower 3 chakras.  Any tips or recs on reading, links, etc. are much appreciated!
