I don't think anyone is ignoring you, just clueless. The description is quite short.

I got a sense that it may relate to something that is supressed and needs to be unfolded, like a potential, a psychic potential in case of the third-eye chakra.
That's all I can make out.

Hm...maybe it's a buildup of energy? Look up some grounding methods, or accupressure to relieve third eye pressure, something like that. (And yes, I realize this was posted nearly six months ago, but if it's been going on for two years...)
