I just started reading a book about Edgar Cayce ("The Edgar Cayce Primer")... what to do y'all think about him.  I'm having a bit of a dilemna on his stark belief in Christianity and my lack of belief in religion.  I began projecting astrally about a year ago and that has fueled my disbelief in religion even more.  What y'all think?

I'd suggest reading everything on Cayce that passes through your hands. Have you looked at the Cayce website?

As time passed, he managed to integrate his disparate belief systems. The way I see it, he had a belief in the religion he grew up with but he had certain knowledge of his own experiences. Something had to give way.

I'm not sure what you mean by "lack of belief in religion". Any framework of the nature of the universe is the essence of religion and I'm sure that you have one of those. Popular religions, too, can be and are highly disparate, from Shintoism to Christianity via Buddhism and the Tao. Even modern spiritualism doesn't differ much from the teachings of Christ, which really have little to do with Sunday Christianity and Catholicism. I think that the trick is to be wary of anyone else telling you what your own beliefs and interpretations should be.
