I had a lengthy career of 14 years as an emergency room nurse and now am in my fourth year as a nurse in a VA hospital on a surgical unit. The years seem to have taken a toll on me both physically and mentally, and I feel energy depleted. I would appreciate any suggestions for clearing my energy and maintaining my health at a higher level so I can continue in my job.
