Freezing hands when attuning?

Don't panic there is nothing wrong with you at all.

Although not an NFSH healer and having had more man hours in practical exposure to other aspects of mediumship (Note: many like to say that healing is mediumship and mediumship is healing), all the same I have had an interest in healing for a few years and am quite sensitive to energetic changes etc.

Certainly what I found early in my development was that my levels of sensitivity varied just as widely as you have expressed, and have been continually evolving and becoming more refined over time.

I suspect that is simply the case for you as well. Take it as part of the parcel and worry no more!

People whom have had healing from me past tense have noticed the changes as-well!
Now when I make physical contact with the patient/client at the end of the session to ground them, they can't believe how cold my hands are! Yet throughout the healing when I'm not making NON-Physical contact they feel the warmth.

My hands currently are quite warm that's because I'm not thinking about the energy! But as soon as I do...they become ice cold. (BIZZARE)

I hope it is just a case of my senses evolving and becoming more refined.  But I hope this isn't how it's going to be from now on. I much prefer warm hands! And so does my patients/clients.

Hello all,

I am a qualified healer (NFSH) level 1-2.
And up until a month ago, when attuning myself to the energy, my hands have been so hot I feel they're going to burn off.  But lately when attuning myself they go literally freezing cold! I'm really worried!

But when I'm doing healing on someone, despite my hands being freezing cold, people can still fell the heat (very warm).

It's mainly my fingers and tips that feel so cold, it's really strange and I don't like it because I'm so used to having boiling hands.

I've been told I have a red Indian guide helping me... Maybe he's left me? (Only Joking)

Has anyone experinced this happen to them before... right now as I'm typeing this I can feel the energy flowing through my hands, and because of this they're getting colder and coolder?

Actually I've just noticed that it's mainly my right hand that's the coldest, this is the hand I feel most of the energy from.
