So I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this, but I've been lurking this forum for a while and think this is a pretty nice place so whatever. Allright, so let's get to my story...

My left hand suffered a severe frostbite around eleven months ago, so it's almost been a year. I was propably like 30-45 minutes in -30 C (plus wind) without a glove (I was a "bit" drunk), so it didn't end well. I don't usually even drink, and if I drink I don't drink much, but of course I had to make an exception during the coldest day of the year... sigh. Anyway, I guess my hand wasn't very far from amputation but luckily i got to keep my fingers. I lost my nails and skin though, but the skin has grown back and the nails almost as well.

So that's the story, but the question is does anyone have any ideas on how to make the nerves grow faster? Two of my fingers still have oversensitive nerves, and even though the doctors pretty much said it was over after five months, the condition of these two fingers have gotten significantly better and I can still see the healing happening, although it has gotten a lot slower. Hell i couldn't play a guitar five months ago, but now I can play almost anything that doesn't require me to press the strings with the absolute top of my fingertips of the two broken fingers (it still hurts a bit with the two fingers, but not much). Stupid doctors. :-)

But yeah how to make the healing faster? I've been eating vitamin C because i read somewhere it might help, and also tried healing with a crystal when the nerves were still healing faster and I'm pretty damn sure it helped. I also read from some random site that a crystal vibrating at 2hz or something like that can help, but I didn't really get that.

Does anyone have ideas? I welcome even the most random sounding ones... : D

Thanks in advance!

Some people would say doing some energy work with the effected hand/s would be good.

Try Robert Bruce's NEW system.  :)

Focus more on just the hands and feet though... unless you feel you enjoy it and want to do more.

Just tried that brushing technique and now it feels like there's some serious wind going on in my left hand and it also got sweaty... what the crap? It happed in like two minutes! Actually I've felt this a few times before but it was while lying in bed and concentrating in my hands for a really long time, and before that there was always a period where my hands felt hot. Now it jumped straight to the "windy" part.

Is this a good sign?

Sure is!  :)

Keep up the work... any direct questions you might have would be best addressed by CFTraveler, she's very knowledgeable about the NEW system. :)

Well that's interesting.
When you direct your attention to a specific area your circulation increases, so that may be why it got sweaty.
Usually when you have dramatic effects, that may be a sign of blockage.  This is not bad, you just work around the areas that do this strong thing and it should help balance it out.
I don't feel 'wind', but I do feel a slight tingle or rushing sensation.  As long as there is no pain, you shouldn't worry.
The longer you work the entire body the less sensations you will have.  This is entirely normal.

hold the injured hand with the good hand and send warm white light into it regularly.  i would also keep doing the energy work.  you might include a piece of Fluorite or Clear Quartz in the energy work.
be awesome.
