Well, I believe energetic work can cause direct, physical changes.  So I think healing work (and Kundalini work) could heal the eyes.  I've talked to somebody who said they corrected their vision with energywork (but they weren't blind, only nearsighted).  But energywork is all they did.  Robert Bruce's healing article also mentions a boy whose vision recovered from hands on healing.  

But there are life contracts to consider too.  Perhaps, on a soul level, somebody is getting a lot out of being blind (a huge learning experience)--or I also advocate choice above all things.  

I was taught that Kundalini energy is excellent for healing the senses and the body.  I definitely feel more vibrant when I concentrate on running my kundalini--sometimes caffeinated, but mostly very, very happy to be me.  That is how I experience Kundalini, the ultimate "individual" energy...

I had a energywork teacher who got in a car accident and lost 90% of her hearing and was able to recover a substantial portion of it--most of it--by running kundalini energy through her hearing sense system.  She said she would simply turn it on as she went to bed and let the kundalini flow through the night.

Most people think of kundalini as an enlightenment-type of energy, but it has very physical healing qualities.
