I honestly don't know if they will grow back but biology would say yes.  It is a hair.

However in the mean time there are a few things you need to watch out for.

1.  You cat no longer knows how big it's head is!  Sounds funny but cats use thier wiskers in many different ways.  One of the main ones is what size openings it can fit through.  For the most part if its wiskers can fit in the so can the rest of it or at least its head.  So since its wiskers have been cut short it can and may get its head stuck easily in places it would not normally try to get its head.

2.  If your cat is an outdoor cat and likes to hunt it will have difficulty.  Cats use thier wiskers for feeling prey when making that killer strike when biteing.

3.  Out door cat.  May have some problems if it gets into fights for the same reason as above.

4.  You cat is no also off balance.  I don't know what it is really but it may have difficulty walking straight, or jumping.

I was just wondering, will a cats whiskers ever regrow back to the size they were? My sister cut off all my cats whiskers and i was just wondering if my cats whiskers would ever grow back.

Now you COULD jump off a building, but.... youd die.
