Try spending a few hours doing NEW. Gather up some energy into your subnavel storage center and then run the full body circuit for the rest of the time. When you are done with the intensive practice, keep it with you during your normal routine until it fades away.
til you can heal your body with NEW, the only thing that helped a lot for the diarhea/stomach cramps is imodium at the pharmacy. You can also take the flu vaccine which is good in a sense you may not get sick or recover more quicker.
Try stimulating your lymph nodes [:D],
I learned in biology class that there are certain centers in
your body where the white blood cells coordinate a counter attack
on virii etc. with other cells. The white cells have to physically
travel up to these nodes.
I think there are some in your neck/around lower jaw and there are
nodes in your armpits. Try looking up the locations on the internet.
Also get a lot of sunlight and fresh air, I'm guessing that they
are essential for health.
Boy I know what you mean..Ive been so sick lately. I dunno whats wrong with me..It took me a month to get over a cold I got from my friend which took him a week.. I gave it to my girlfriend and it took her 5 days.
I get sick all the time..and I'm always tired even though I sleep from 8 - 14 hours a night....Been through a million tests and apparently I'm "really healthy" as far as the tests go..heh

Crappy immune system is interfering with my progress..I used to obe nearly every day..for several years.....I've been so out of it lately its been like a couple years now..I feel like all my spiritual growth...was ....degrowthified (lol)
even my sinus's are all clogged..I feel like I'm falling apart at 21.

try sleeping for only 8 or 9 hours because when i sleep on saturdays for like 10 or 11 hours i usualy wake up with a headach that goes away in an hour or less.
My grandma had this stomach virus i had for 2 days, im going on passed a week now. What could this stomach virus be? Could be different from when she had it. Im probably goin to the doctor tommorow since i had this virus for a week now
