Neuronal healing ?

Though I thought neurons could never be recreated after a certain age when it was long believed the neuronal production was completely stopped, I've recently read in some serious newspaper that scientists now believe neurons CAN always be built during the life, still in quite few amounts compared to what you get after the production process, and this shall be done through intensive intellectual activities such as studies

Then I'm wondering, do you believe / know neuronal healing is possible, just using the same ways as classical healing ? Like restoring damaged areas after a trauma ?

I think this is possible, but I have only managed to use it to recoverfrom temporary damage (like a hangover).

Just imagine all the neurons in you brain firing, going along all the paths. If there are areas where there isn't anything flowing, try to bring energy into that area.

I think if you practised this enough you could actually use it to improve your intelligence or "rewire" your brain. I have tried a couple times, but the complexity is unbelievable, so I've only been able to make minor alterations.
