Dilluting energy?

Hey, everyone, I'm new to this section of the forum. Hope I can be of assistance.

My question is, is it possible to answer too many calls for help and dilute your energy?

Could one just compile the list of all the people you're trying to help and do one focused prayer?

That's an interesting question and one I've thought of before now.

In my opinion (and I'm fairly new to "healing"), if you believe it will dilute your energy, then it will.

The way I go about my "healing" is that I ask for various "gifts" such as strength, patience, calmness and so on from various natural sources and give each gift a colour.  For instance, I get strength from the trees and it is always green.  Then I imagine the person I want to heal standing in front of me.  I put my hands on them and feel the trees giving me "green strength" up through my legs, through my body, down my arms and into the person.

Therefore, I am not using any of "my" energy so to speak.  It's simple, but seems to be effective.

However, just lately I must admit to being knackered, but then again I seem to have a lot on my little plate just now...

If you use your 'personal' energies?  yes.  If you draw in energy then send it out, no.  If you request assistance, no.

You are capable or generating energy far in excess of your capacity to 'hold it'.  In fact, holding it is very difficult, energy wants to be in motion.  I used to 'hold' energy, in self and crystals, until I realised I can generate more than I could ever store for any practical use.  That's not to say there aren't practical uses for charged crystals, batteries aren't one of them.
