Unfortunately, the website loads with a few pop-ups. This is not a problem if you have a pop-up blocker. Otherwise, you will have to close all the pop-ups before learning this technique.

I would think using these exercises during an attack, in public, would be a bit odd... but what can I say, When you can't breathe, nothing else matters, right?
Will try this for a month and see what progress I notice.
Also, a supplementary routine that might be beneficial as well, to "double up the strength" of your lungs all at once, is the "buteyko method".
