that's a good question.I've often wondered if it's possible to change the energetic structure of the body somehow.I have heard of buddists in tibet being able to change their eye colour through meditation somehow.I would personally like to change them to a nice bright red[].I would also like to be a little taller as well.please someone respond! is this a valid idea?

I don't know about NEW, but athletes gain height by totally relaxing their body while hanging from their hands from a horizontal bar for a few minutes. I think it also involves a medical treatment, but i'm not sure. About the hanging part, i tried it daily when i was about 19 years old, and i did gain 1-2 inches, which shrank back as soon as i stopped.

Most people could be taller if they would stop slouching and compressing their spines. There are methods such as the "alexander technique" and "rolfing", both named after specific people, which lead to restoring that height as a side effect. The purpose is not to increase the height. Instead, it is to prevent the damage that can be caused by keeping the body tightly compressed.

the suggestion about slouching reminds me of some elderly people who are very hunched over and can barely walk.It makes me wonder if that could be avoided sometimes by stretching,good posture,rolfing,yoga ,etc.keeping it up throughout life is probably a good way to help retain normal height and have a strong back as we get older.earlier, I was thinking along the lines of direct energtic/structural manipulation.changing the "quantum blueprint" (?) of the body on a level deeper than we normally see,thus altering the physical structure.that's a wierd idea![]

Can I use the NEW energy system to have my body grow again? I want to grow taller, so I want longer bones. Any suggestions to do this I would appreciate.
