Problems With My Solar Plexus...

Originally when I first read your post i looked at the area and it was not really empty nor was it full.  So there was not much to worry about.  


Loooking at the same area now it looks like you may have been worring over this problem and this can cause the area to become off balanced or weakened. The psychic centers of the body are always changing, what was there today may not be still be there tomorrow. The best method is to try and maintain a positive attitude as this naturally keeps then functioning harmoniously.

The third chakra (the solar plexus) while it has to do with willpower and our doingness, is also the center of energy distribution for our whole body.  Most people connect and relate on this level.  If your third chakra is running "low," it is possible that you're giving away energy.  Do you ever feel drained by certain individuals?  Perhaps you're subconciosuly healing them with your own vitality.  If I were having this problem, I would go within, meditate, and consciously decide to pull myself out of other people's space, to stop solving their problems, etc.  and imagine all my original energy and spirit coming back to me.

Hey all,

I recently received reiki, and was told that there was a problem with my solar-plexus chakra.  Apparently, it is almost empty.  

I would appreciate some views on this, as I am keen to learn how I can address this problem and maintain a balance.
