The mind is in the body. The body is in the mind. Both are equally valid, and you shouldn't accept (or dismiss) one without the other. The reason why I say this is to not promote Doublethink, but to make sure you understand that many people assume something to be true that cannot be proven. For now, the mind resides in the body (logically), but the body also resides in the mind (psychologically, metaphysically, astrally).

Choose your poison, but be sure that they are both equally potent, especially when mixed.

Physics tells us that the observer determines the observations: This means that life is our hallucination.
If you can laugh at the thought  "I can think" then you will realize that the mind is  the totality of thoughts, the universe, and not just the brain-body that needs the absurd thought  "I can think" to be separate from the universe.

There is no thinking because it is just another thought, of all the thoughts that make up the mind, the universe.
If you can laugh at the thought " I can think"  -- because it  shackles the mind to the brain-body -- then you will Realize that you are Reality that is EVERYTHING and life is just your hallucination that is pure  fiction, like any other fiction, like a movie, TV, novel, computer... hypnosis.

And if you study how all fictions works the same to be the same --  Reality's nothing -- then it will become obvious that the thoughts we call life, mind,  is exactly  like all other fictions, Reality's nothing.
