Maybe I should have said attributes instead of capabilites. English isn't my first language, so sorry. I meant the physical (strength, speed, endurance etc.) and mental (concentration, intelligence, knowledge etc.) attributes.

Person A can lift 100kg, person B 200kg -> Person B is superior to person A in strength.

Person A can run 100m in 10 seconds, person B in 13. Person A is superior to person B in speed.

(I know there are different forms of speed and strength, I just wanted to give an example)

So if a person is superior (or more "developed") in _all_ of these attributes compared to the _average_ person, than this person can be considered to be a super (= _above-average_) human.

So a super human is a human with above-average attributes compared to the "normal" human.
I don't do much, and I do it well.

it's not "above average"

Of course it's above average. If the average human can lift 50kg (mean value), and now sombody comes and lifts 60kg, that's above the average.

it's just a matter of training to develop the skills.

Yes, most people have the potential to lift 60kg. But as long as the average human can "only" lift 50kg (mean value), the person who can lift 60kg is above the average.

do you think a ninja is superhuman?

If the Ninja is superior in all the attributes, yes. But why a Ninja?
I don't do much, and I do it well.

I get what you are saying now, but they are still people, they still have ego and such. (Heck nothing that is alive looses ego)
