Love Spell

Hey runlola,

That is the same for all love spells in which the person would not otherwise been attracted to you Lola. Your energy body is a reflection of yourself if you project something that isn't true you'll attract someone who is incompatible.  I thought that was obvious and was also previously stated by a few members in this thread.  This isn't only true of spells but it also applies to dating in general.  You meet a girl/boy you're attracted to. They say, oohh I just love foreign films[:X], don't you?  You say sure I love them too baby[8D], then BAM! You're stuck watching the Ukrainian film festival in Miami Beach[xx(].  

Like I said I think this was obvious from the beginning L.

I'm not familiar with Wiccan Ethics, aside from that rhyming reed.  But this reminds me of my original question.  Can anyone point me towards a good magical system and a good love spell?

In order for a "spell" to work, doesn't the other person have to have some kind of inkling to what you're up to?  That's why spells work, right?..I mean take for instance...

If I saw this guy on the street and he didn't see me, then I try a love spell.  For weeks the guys doesn't notice me, then one day I walk up to him and start chatting and then off the cuff say.."I'm gonnna do a love spell on you"  Well, that gets him to thinking, and it can go several ways, he can say "what a weirdo" OR the next thing he realizes is he can't get me out of his mind, because of what I said.  

This goes on for weeks and now the guy is dreaming about me because he can't stop thinking about me..[]  Now the guy has got to be thinking..OMG, did she put a spell on me??  If it comes to be, it was always meant to be, but I'm betting he wouldn't fall in love with me, as long as he stopped thinking about the proverbial white elephant that I put in his head.  You make your own reality.

A spell's "target" doesn't need to be aware of the spell for it to work. It can help for them to know, if the person isn't metaphysically inclined (i.e. some kind of psion, magickal practicioner, etc.), but it may hinder the desired effect when dealing with a person that _is_ so inclined or even merely strong-willed.

Not sure if this belongs in here but how do you cast a love spell? I heard from somewhere that you can attract(?) the person you fancy by doing a love spell.
