in matter simply refered as : as above, so down.
(as ab(up), so down.)
and it means that 'everybody' is projection of their Energy above
into the matter as shape.
or
"everybody" has their Energies above.
transmited through the Channels into our brain
-as Ideas!

and there is also a better interpretation of that law,
and it sais:
WHAT YOU DO
IS WHAT IS!
(With no punishment! cause punishment is for the Children!)

and that is also a LAW OF PERCEPTION,
and everybody knows that perception is the most important thing!
without thee perception, there is only a belief!

After perception cometh frequency, and that means Energy work!
and not before!
