hands = earth
from wrists to elbows = water
from elbows to shoulders = air

when filling my body with all elements at once, that is
legs to genitals with earth,
bowels and stomach with water,
chest with air,
head with fire ,
i don't know which element should i align to arms, it would appear that air is the way to go, but on the other hand whole body is made of earth, i guess earth but want to make sure, anyone ??
