Did you check out Franz Bardon and his works? I read "Initiation into Hermetics" and I'm impressed how he in a very good way explained tetragrammaton, four elements and much much more. What do you think of him and his works?

Yes, I did.

But look for some information on Bardon's knowledge correction. I don't know that stuff, but it seems that some people, inmersed in Bardon's work, realized he commited some mistakes.

Anyway bear in mind that Bardon just gives a roadmap of what you should follow in order to evolve (a very very very hard way). So once you have a big picture (and don't forget it is just a big picture of someone and that there are more big pictures of other interesting guys) you should check out every step looking for techniques that could be applied to achieve the outcomes.

Have a look at: http://www.lava.net/~pagios/

Thank you for the link. A very good read, started with "Problems with the study of Magic"

Lots of hard work, develop all the chakras, then balance the opposites, and try not to go insane starting with the kundalini.

Thanks again, cheers.....

The 10 steps on the Path of the Magician is an incredible journey and not too difficult at all . This is in IIH but the Key to the Qabballah has more obvious errata . If there are errors in IIH I have found nothing major yet . I love FB!
His book IIH  teaches control of the hermetic elements , how to begin the emerald tablet and how to begin the kabballah . This is a great first step for any magician .

I actually found it extremely difficult !!  So much so, that I only managed the 1st stage, and that took about a year.  I gave up soon after.

FB does say however, that time is not of the essence - only proceed to the next step once you're happy with the last. Some people can complete it fairly quickly and for others I guess it may take a few years !

Maybe I'll give it another go one day.

You can skip some of the exercises and come back . Sometimes you will find that if you go on the little bits are filled in anyway through mystical experiences . Rather then stop or give up just go on to the very next bit you can begin . There is an online free class at River of Enlightenment Forums .

I totally agree. If you try to follow his teachings strictly you'll end giving it up. It's best to have an eye on his work and the other on your own soul, in fact, everyone is different and has different abilities to get to the same point.
