Magic(k) is colorless.
Just thought there was Balck magick,White magick. & grey(in between?)
Well, you could categorize 'destructive' magick as black and 'constructive' magick as white and everything in-between as grey magick ... but that's imho not correct. Magick is a tool, like a hammer. Neither black, white or grey.
Just my opinion of course.
Thank You [:)]
There are White Magicians, Black Magicians, and those pesky Grays. Some are concious and some are unconcious (that's another thread). What they 'do' is magic, whether it's light or dark doesn't mean it's good or evil.
White, black and grey magic is people trying stick morality to magic.
Magic is a way of using a certain un-scientific force to get what you want, anything you want, you have your own idea's of good and evil, act to that.
My studies really started in earnest with Ruiz's Four Agreements. In that he stated that ALL humans are magicians whether they know it or not. Every word and thought has an impact, a consequence, and we constantly constantly cast spells unknowingly on others through our words and actions, hooking their attention and planting seeds of creation or destruction. It all depends on what a person accepts as "truth" about themselves. And then you get into the realm of prayer, which is a form of powerful intent-based magic, and then there is the hermetic stuff, and shamanistic. The list goes on and on. When you consider that everything in the multiverse is made of energy, and anything that manipulates energy is "magic" then we're all cosmic wizards! With some being really really good at what they do and know, and most pretty crappy.
What kind of magic is used for Love/lust spells?
Does it depend on who is casting the spell?
